The car I had booked
The car I had booked was not immediately available which was disappointing however an alternative electric car was offered and this was a better model which worked out well enough.

The person who was responsible
The person who was responsible for receiving the cars after the rental was behaving in a disgraceful way, to say the least. It would be wise for you not to employ an employee who behaves like that to customers
