Easy to use website, good value cars and the ability to cancel and/ or change the car before pick up is appreciated. However this could be improved by allowing customers to change their requirements without having to cancel then rebook. If this is an option then it needs to be more prominent. I will use EasyTerra again.

What I really don't like it that I book worry free and then still at the desk they always ask for more insurences etc. Why does renting a car always feels like you're being scammed. Make a clear website of what is included and what the rental company is going to charge extra.

Portela Airport in a nutshell

The airport of Lisbon is located seven kilometres to the north-east of the Portuguese capital. It was opened on October 15, 1942. After the Second World War it soon needed to expand. In 2006, it appears that the airport once more is becoming too small, due to the rapid growth of passengers and freight. At the moment there are plans to build a new airport. A final decision has, however, not yet been made.

The airport is easy to reach by car, and there are enough taxis at the airport to get the passengers to their final destination. In addition, there are also bus connections.
