To be honest never heard of EasyTerra, good reviews, excellent price and using mainstream rental company so booked with them. Booked approx 8 months in advance, large Toyota Fortuna. EasyTerra e-mailed the week before booking with clear details on how to collect car and details regarding how to decline insurance as full insurance included with the EasyTerra booking. Booking was excellent, no problems, seamless, great communication. Would recommend and will use them again.

I entered BKK as the

I entered BKK as the location for my rental. For the second time I managed to book the rental car at the WRONG airport, i.e. NOT Suvarnabumi but the other one. Given that Suvarnabumi is the main airport in Thailand there should be some sort of warning on your website that warns people if they are about to book at an airport different from Suvarnabumi.

Chiang Mai Airport in a nutshell

Chiang Mai Airport in the north of Thailand is a fairly busy airport. The city is a popular destination, both for Thai and foreign tourists.

The airport is situated 4 kilometers southwest of Chiang Mai's city center. There's no train connection with the airport. Public transport is maintained by buses and so-called songthaews (a type of truck with in the back on both sides a bench). The airport is easily reachable by car via the so-called Super Highway, a toll road.

The airport has few eating and drinking facilities and shops. There's however a huge shopping center nearby the airport, Airport Plaza. There's a VIP lounge, but there are no business facilities. To rent meeting or conference rooms you need to turn to the business hotels in Chiang Mai's center. Apart from a small internet café wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available to customers of the Black Canyon coffee shop. Other facilities at Chiang Mai Airport include banks, ATMs, exchange offices, and several branches of travel agencies.
