Easy Terra has been excellent during my dealings and quite a few changes with (LIS) Sofia in Reservations Team. I was given prompt refunds when rebooking rates were lower - this doesn't happen with most service providers. Would encourage ET to include their "advice" on not requiring super cover to be included more often in their paperwork.
