Everything was fine and the

Everything was fine and the car was good . But 1 major point of feedback that makes that I never will rent via interrent again is that they convinced me to buy an insurance and didn’t ask me if I had done that already through EasyTerra. A few minutes later , after we were in the car , we realized that we already had paid for the insurance at easy terra. It is an intransparant proces anyway and agencies can make a difference by being more customer oriented . Easy terra could add attention on this when creating alliances with these agencies. Bu the way, in Mallorca we had the opposite experience when we rented via Centauro. Very friendly and calm people at the desk an no pressure to buy more insurances !!
