We had no information in
We had no information in our documents that explained KEDDY was part of Eurocar. We spent a long time trying to find the KEDDY desk only to be told by the AVIS rep we needed to go to the Eurocar desk !! It was a very stressful experience. We were not informed that we would have to pay for an additional driver by the rep and the car we received was by far the worst car I have ever driven and not what we expected to be given. So our whole experience was not a positive one at all.

Our car had damage to
Our car had damage to the left front bumper which we didn’t notice immediately as it was dark and late when we arrived and we were tired. Noone mentioned it to us so i spent the week worrying that the damage had happened during our rental - perhaps when the car had been left in a carpark for example. On return they then checked and reassured me that it had not been of our making. Even so it left me with unwarranted stress during my trip.
