Car rental InterRent Venice Airport

The Interrent pick up point at Venice airport had no signs. Moreover, theinitial guidelines indicated a different pick up point. We have waited for almost one hour. We had to call them three times in order to find out the pick up point. We ere not the only ones. MORE THAN 10 people had the same problem and we guied them to the correct pick up point. It is very important to correct this problem. Otherwise, everything was OK.

New car with few kilometers. We were waiting for an hour with other people from other countries at the point mentioned by the reservation outside the Marco Polo Airport (Venice) but the meeting point had changed without having informed us. We would still wait if we didn't try to communicate with them!!! Unacceptable...

It’s all good except for the detail of explaining where the Venice InterRent pick-up desk is located. It wasn't clear to us that it was not at the Venice airport and that a shuttle service operated from the airport parking lot to the InterRent office which is located off-site. We also had difficulty finding the shuttle pick-up point (we had to ask other car hire companies to help with directions) For a tourist we found this to be stressful and it delayed the collection of the car by approx. 1.5 hours. If we go back to Venice it will be a very simple process as we will know what to do.
