Hertz were trying to upsell a more luxurious (Audi Q2) upon check-in. At late evening hour it was an unnecessary waste of time as we just wanted to have the car and drive to our apartment.

My only special comment is
My only special comment is about the extra coverage insurances. This comment is valid for both Hertz and EasyTerra. Obviously there is a conflict among car rental companies like Hertz and distributor companies like EasyTerra with regards to extra insurances. EasyTerra offers these insurances for lower rates on its website. But, Hertz says that is not reliable and offers the same service at its offices for higher rates. It's very confusing and distressing for the customer. This issue shouldn't be a problem for your clients. Please solve it between you in advance and weight off the customer's mind. Thank you
