The man at the desk
The man at the desk was efficient and calm, the people in the parking were too easygoing and nonchalant. It took some encouragemenyt to get them to point out properly where the car was parked. When we showed some slight damages on the car, they then explained that we could find them in the mail, they had sent to us. Also did tyhey not tell us how we could leave the parking. Turned out that we had to show a ticket.
