It is impossible to find

It is impossible to find your reservation if you lose your voucher email, unless you create an account. As i don't rent cars often, i didn't want to create an account (process of thinking of, writing down, remembering passwords etc) and i proceeded as guest. However the voucher email went to spam folder and I couldn't find it. I didn't check right away upon booking,as i got a confirmation that the voucher WILL be received after confirmation. Adding to frustration was the fact of very poor telephone support hours, especially if you are calling from abroad due to time differences. I think just by entering Name, pickup point and date someone should be able to find his reservation.

The airport of Heraklion on the island of Crete is officially called 'Nikos Kazantzakis', after a writer and philosopher. Annually, some 5 million people use this airport. The terminal building is fairly small, and as a result the airport is very busy during peak times.
