I had the extra insurance

I had the extra insurance from your company but in the goldcar told me that is not covering road assistance. I find this not right as a car can have a problem for many reasons that is not a fault of the person who rent it.

The office is not at

The office is not at the airport, and they pick you up and drive you there - about 5 minutes drive. We did not receive information where the pick-up point is, and at what time. We were quite lost in the airport, and they arrived 30 min after our landing.
