Hello, i already contacted Avis
Hello, i already contacted Avis about the VERY good service of AVIS. I send a compliment to AVIS and let them send the compliment to the dest servant aswell. Our car had just turned in and the guy said. Do you mind waiting 10 minutes because they are cleaning it right now, or can i make you happy with an Audi A4? We said, no we don't mind waiting but thanks a lot for the offer. The guy behind the desk was REALY nice, well dressed, very calm polite and very friendly. He is a great example to other's how you should treat cusomers. Big shout out to him and AVIS! I am going to London soon and its going to be AVIS again trough the EasyTerra site.
