Our flight was delayed. There

Our flight was delayed. There was no sign with 'volta' in the entrance hall of the airport or outside, despite the fact that we had given the flight details. We happened to stop a van that was driving away and were able to get in. The driver was completely unaware, we were not on his list. Very friendly lady at volta when receiving the car. Quick return and quick shuttle back to the airport. The car was old with a lot of damage on the outside and dirty inside.

In the booking page, it

In the booking page, it was indicated, that this company is located in terminal, which is the reason we booked with them. In reality when we got to the Arrivals we discovered that there was a shuttle. We had to call to the company, because there was no signs or information where to go or wait.
