I am a loyal Thrifty
I am a loyal Thrifty customer when flying to Ibiza. In the past we had an emergency at home which caused us to cancel our rental with too short notice. Instead of still claiming their money, Thrifty was so generous to not do that and completely refund our rental. This was so excellent that I since then always book with them. This time we booked a Volkswagen T-Roc Automatic, but got a Skoda Kamiq manual. So a lesser brand and manual shift. Not too much of a hassle as I dont mind that much. Could have returned to the rental desk, but didnt want to. But still. They'd better upgrade than downgrade. But anyway, I stay loyal to them because of the past experience. Next time I will check at the desk better when receiving the key.....
