The website doesn't let you amend your bookings only cancel and book a new one.

Easy to use website, good

Easy to use website, good value cars and the ability to cancel and/ or change the car before pick up is appreciated. However this could be improved by allowing customers to change their requirements without having to cancel then rebook. If this is an option then it needs to be more prominent. I will use EasyTerra again.
