I booked a Grand C-Max
I booked a Grand C-Max and Hertz tried to give me a C-Max. I refused and they gave me a Renegade Jeep which I accepted though not same car type or size. The reason I accepted is that I had to wait more than 1 hour to get called for my turn and it was around 11pm, I was tired and it was late. I did not think the responsibility was of the staff of Hertz working at that time but the limited number of employees on duty and the bad organization that evening. Hertz called me to apologize (even though I did not complain) the day after.
