The customer service at pick

The customer service at pick up was excellent. The representative was very thorough, helpful and friendly. The vehicle rented left us with some safety concerns. It had bald tires which caused problems with inclines. Also there was a considerable amount of break dust around the rims. We would use you again provided the next rental would be in better condition (safer to drive)
