When returning rhe car back
When returning rhe car back at the airport, it was not clearly indicated where to go, as there was no sign of dollar, but another car rental. Very confusing, it delayed us as we needed to check in on time. There were a couple more cars that were there parked also, looking confused as we didnt know where to go. Other than that, it was in a good condition car beside the airconditioning that was not working properly. When you have it on low, there was a smell like when you vacuum dirt. On high it was ok

Waited 90 minutes at the
Waited 90 minutes at the desk to collect vehicle. Staff seemed to appear and disappear frequently. Many customers had no reservation and took a considerable time to get severed, while others who had a reservation were dealt with quite quickly. Maybe having the opportunity to split the customers between reservations and none reservations might be possible...
